An issue with our website contact form was recently identified and resolved. Fortunately, all previous submissions were recovered. We will be reaching out to each submitter as well as addressing pertinent submissions in future meetings.
The HRA is pleased to announce that we have completed the Request for Proposal (RFP) for our property, to be sent out to developers starting on April 19, 2018. Anyone wishing to view the RFP can go to https://www.hrarealty.com/
The Hull Redevelopment Authority (HRA) is soliciting this Request for Proposals (RFP) to occupy, operate and control property owned by the Hull Redevelopment Authority located in the vicinity of Hull Shore Drive for use as public parking from May 01, 2018 through September 30, 2018, subject to the terms and conditions of the RFP. The areas for lease are identified as Parking Area A, Main Parking Area B, and Parking Area C as shown on the “Data Sheet Map” included with the RFP.
The RFP package will be available March 21, 2018. A hardcopy of the RFP will be available for pickup from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Thursday at the Community Development and Planning Office at the address below. A digital copy may be obtained by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org as of March 21, 2018. The HRA will send the RFP documents to interested parties via email within 48 hours of receipt of the request as long we have electricity.
Questions shall be directed to email@example.com prior to April 4, 2018 at 3:00 PM.
Proposals must be submitted to the HRA on or before 3:00 PM April 23, 2018 and addressed to the HRA c/o Office of Community Development at the address below. All proposals are required to be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked PARKING PROPOSAL.
Proposals will be opened at the HRA meeting on April 23, 2018 at 6:30PM at the address below.

As the HRA prepares to disseminate a revised RFP for the development of the HRA property they are also preparing for the 2018 Summer Season. The HRA is establishing a “vendor village” with 6 vendors at the southern end of the Phipps Street parking lot and a “vendor strip” with 3 vendors at the Main lot adjacent to the DCR lot. Each vendor area (“village” and “strip”) will be separate from the parking areas of the parking lots and will allow visitors to Nantasket Beach to have all vendors in one contained area.
Businesses who are interested in a license to lease a 30’ x 40’ vendor space from May 1 to September 30 for $1,000 must complete an application and obtain all necessary Town and State Permits. The application with all pertinent details will be available on the HRA website. www.HRA02045.com on February 19, 2018. Completed applications must be received by March 19, 2018.
