Attached is our (team of 4) submission of a Supporting Concept/Idea proposal for "Sustainable/Maintenance-Free Landscaping with Kinetic/Wind Sculptures, Hull Seaside Art Walk". Please confirm receipt.
Suggestion to the HRA Board ... There are two types of submissions - 1st is a Project Proposal and the 2nd is a Supporting Concept. It might be clearer and more helpful in gathering public input to have these two separate submission identifiers.
