Event space application guidelines
Please note: January 20, 2025 was the application deadline for all events occuring between May 1 and September 30, 2025.
The HRA has dedicated portions of the HRA property as year-round event spaces in order to provide Hull citizens and organizations with locations to host open-space events. Apply for short-term use of a space as follows:
- Read the application guidelines in order to select a space and understand the application process. 
- Check here to see if the dates you would like to use are available. 
- Fill out the application form and supply all of the requested information. 
- Fill out the license agreement.
