There is a place in Hanson called tree house tavern and it's on a lake. It's a very popular place right now. We could have a park built similar with addirondak chairs and picnic tables and a permanent Pavillion. Maybe on the bayside property.  Near the gazebo. We could have a sunset Ritual every night. Maybe people selling their artwork and jewelry. They do that at a pier in Clearwater. Also Maybe have 5 to 8 small building or sheds that people can rent to sell certain things for summer. People could stroll thru them and shop.
